Both of Ninjas suggestions fit perfectly though. Even NDU Revamp with how the shaders go on top of each other and such

But, it's not the ACTUAL person who made the NDU revamp mod, and for the other one, there is another person who made it with who Ninja Said.
If anyone can get those to me (with enough detail) they could possibly win.
