It's definitely been a while since I've done one of these, and hope that you enjoy it.

Map is Asylum V2 from smasher248, which was released June 03, 2014, 04:52:14 am. Fits all the categories in video and sound is from Verruct and since Asylum V2 is remake of Verruct, it has to be this map. Topic can be found here:
