You probably wouldn't be able to edit the scripts even if they did have stuff in them. None of the scripts have the ability for us to edit them, it just doesn't let us(with a few exceptions in certain cases).

Now that I think about it, the code for the gobblegums them selves is probably in the game and not any part of the maps or mod tools. You may be able to do what you were saying like give gobblegums and change how the machine works though.
