i dont know where these weapons came from but for some reason there is a snub nose revolver and a skorpion in my map and there might be others as well but they dont show up as guns they show up as the default weapon so i was wondering where the files for these guns might be located so i can remove them

the weapon files themselves should be in root/raw/weapons/sp, OR root/mods/mapname/weapons/sp, OR in an already compiled .IWD (see below).

Just as a last minute thought, You wouldn't happen to be compiling an extra IWD would you? I ask this because the problems you are having can be caused by an extra IWD that is for whatever reason being compiled alongside your original IWD, hence why you have these weird weapons in your map.

i looked through the directories you showed me and did not see the weapons i also checked my mapname.iwd and there wasnt anything in there that doesnt belong and i have iwd's 0-27 along with localized_english_iw 0-6

When i said "IWD" i meant the list of assets that you compile for a custom map, not the default ones in your root/main or w/e.

These:

 Navigate to your mods folder within APPDATA and make sure that nothing is there that shouldn't be. Do the same inside your maps folder. if everything seams to be fine then I have no idea what could cause the issues.

Well, the weapons can't generate out of thin air by themselves, that's for sure. If you want, I can look through the maps files, just send an PM to where i can download it. Otherwise I'm fresh out of ideas.

I have no idea what weapons are bad or good, i'm just reading the weapon file, but your "colt"(not the zombie one) weapon file is your python and your "Thompson" is your scorpion V2.

The names in the quotes is the actual name of the weapons.

There were a lot of weapons that had strange names that I've never even heard of. Some of the default weapons look to be modified too.

yeah looks like a lot of those weapons were UGX weapons i dont know how those got in there course i dont recall there being a snub nose revolver or a skorpian in their mod
