So today i was testing my map so i get into waw but i cant open the console on the menu because it was disable, but when i was in game it was enabled.

but in the version 1.0.3 that dont happen...

If you read what Saje said, he said the disable console variable button is currently bugged for v1.0.3 and will be fixed in v1.1. :P

yeah but why in a lot of maps it works perfectly and now it dont work?
As far as I know it doesn't work perfectly in any Third Party maps when pressing game options in the menu. If you want you can go through and add console disable code to the menu files and correct the problem but until v1.1 unfortunately this won't be fixed.
