So I was following some steps someone gave me to get weapons into my map but anytime I put the include into my mod.csv, the line I added disappears after I build the map and my weapon won't show up in game. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that any help would be much appreciated.

Are you adding it into the mod.csv through launcher? If not, I believe you have to close the launcher before you add it into the script. ???
