How do I have an animated menuscreen.

So ive gotten an image for my custom main menu but I want an animated one... I'm trying to have it look like the bo3 menu... Ive tried converting a .gif to material but obviously didn't work.

This can be seen in the Exo Zombies custom map.

I feel like it would be like the video loadingscreen but im stumped

I haven't messed with this but you'll need to make a bik file and probably edit some menu files (I don't think this is handled in the main menu file itself, some background one I think.).
