You can comment stuff in the following files:
zombiemode.csv (If you comment include,flamethrower in that file you also get extra fx slots)
dlc3.csv
MAPNAME.csv
You have to comment a lot in order to make your map playable.
After you compiled the map a couple of times and got it working you can try to uncomment a few for the ones you want to keep.
You can also go over to use T4M but that's your last save.
The problem is that you have to compile the map because everything you compile is from the zone_source.
So instead of using the modbuilder compile the map and see if that gives you results.
Thats because there are multiple files you have to look in to remove/ comment out unused fx. https://www.ugx-mods.com/forum/mapping/12/the-asset-counter-is-a-lie/8323/ Look at Jbird's answer, this should answer your question

Primo victoria: gives you a shield that generates after not getting hit for a while. (100 health)
Blitzkrieg soda: gives you special grenades that deals massive damage and also gas zombies.
Chainbind rootbeer: gives you the ability to slow and stun zombies for a second, kniving slows them garanteed and
shooting has a smaller chance.
Raging devil rum: a zombie goes raging onto you and takes down everything on his path.
Baron Samedi: Turn into a zombie after being takedown, wander around killing zombies or gather brains to restore your humanity.

Ok so im trying to make a minigun powerup kinda like bo3s minigun, im trying to make it where if u switch ur weapon the minigun dissapears, im pretty new to scripting so if anyone could help it would be much appreciated thank you.
tysm, its the first time someone do an answer to one of my posts, anyways. i tried the option 2 since it looked more easy, and it worked..
i added pandora box to my map, thing that i usually never add. but the box keep spawning on the same site always.
i used sniperbolt prefab boxes, i hope someone here helps me out

just realised i dont have the "dlc3" folder of sounds that the .csv references, the path for it is "root\raw\sound\voiceovers\zombie\dlc3\"
which is weird, because i can play der reise and they all talk perfectly fine.

How do i add in the vanilla der reise voice lines? As of now my characters are silent, and ive noticed that when they are meant to say a line that the verruckt soldiers dont have an equivalent for (talking about power at the start, picking up monkeys, being surrounded, seeing pack a punch, etc) it causes massive lag spikes and it becomes unplayable at higher rounds.
Ive tried adding the dlc3 vox csv file to my mod folder but that doesnt seem to do anything.
I think you forget to set the perk but why paying so much time if the bo perks are already released:
