Custom gun in face

i have my custom gun ripped and animated, its in the game and when i pick it up the gun is just in my face, but in maya it looks fine, can anyone help

model set to animated? view anims in ape?

if u can see the anims playing in ape, that just means they arnt being loaded into game, make sure u spelt correctly

i am having the same problem with the weird gun view my model is set to animated , but in the ape i can not see the animation happening

probably means anim was exported wrong, but i dont port so idk
