when inside maya before you binded the model itself the joints had the proper tags right ? like the clip was marked as tag_clip and so on?

i am having the same problem with the weird gun view my model is set to animated  , but in the ape i can not see the animation happening

i downloaded both of the links you have , the bottom one corrupted 3 times and the first one goes through the install and then the map is not in my waw done both 3-4 times
