For those who use Wraith to grab stuff from BO3 it now exports notetracks (Tom's did too, but nobody used it didn't work if you dragged them on lol). This little tweak will grab the notetracks and add them to Aidan's list of notetracks so you don't need to add them manually.

This will also work with Tom's notetracks if you do import them to grab them.

If you haven't already go to here and download his tool:

After doing that, go to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\maya\2012-x64\scripts and open CoDMayaTools.py in something like Notepad++, etc.

Replace its contents with this:

[You are not allowed to view external links. Register or Login to see them]

Once that's done you'll notice a new button called "Grab Notes" in the xanim export window.

All credit goes to Aidan, don't even consider crediting me for something so minute. :D

tried it, got this

and i get that even if i remove the notes again

also, you cant have a note track called "end"

i still managed to use it, but a convoluted way

installed your version

imported the note tracks - saved the scene

went back to the old plug in

reopened the scene

deleted the end note

exported








infact scratch that

it only adds the "other"  notes, not the proper ones

Not even sure why the hell it's doing this, it's not the notetrack part that's messing up but once the anim gets exported it cycles through the frames AGAIN and exports some shit before the notetracks, which I don't even know why, all I edited in Export functions was the check for bones, which isn't causing it since I changed it back and does it. I'll fix that asap.

As for the it reading the wrong notetracks seems to be that specific anim:

Notice how it overwrites fly_ppsh_mag_out immediately with clip_out same for mag out, I'll report that to Porter tomorrow.

You should be able to have multiple notes on a frame, but this plug in seems to overwrite one with the other

I'll tell Porter about it, he should be on tomorrow.

Updated:

*Fixed Issue with writing random crap to the xanim_export causing error in converter.
*Removed "end" note since it's not allowed in WaW.
*Removed need to go through frames meaning grabbing notes is now instant. (Figured getAttr would have a parameter for time. ^^)
+Added button to ignore notes like "reload_small", etc, it's easy to add your own if you find any: [You are not allowed to view external links. Register or Login to see them]
