Hi, I have imported the STG44 of Origins in my map including animations officers, but when I buy the weapon it's bug, there is someone who knows how to fix this bug?

Does the STG-44 have two clips?
If so, you have to put the 2nd clip where idle position is located on the view model.
If not, redo the weapon you might have messed up.

Did you use the 'xmodel export' option in xmodelutils? This often messes up the tags and leaves you with something like this, apparently the new version has fixed this bug though.
