I had this quite often when I had the lightning on my map updated every 0.01 seconds. Could be because WaW got overloaded with a lot of stuff.

You may have too many primary lights' cones intersecting each other, or just plain too many surfaces under the cone of a primary light. I don't think you could intentionally create enough surfaces that way to cause this error, so most likely it was a copy/paste mistake, terrain patch glitch, or the light intersections I mentioned.

Watch Launcher during the compile and see if it gives you any relevant warnings.
