If Java had true garbage collection, most programs would delete themselves upon execution.

If you're looking for how to actually modify those files, you need to learn it yourself from the existing files. When UGX Mod v.1.1 is released all of my complex menu editing will be publicly available and will be an example of how to make some interesting modifications to the menus such as the BO1/2-style HUD I did for v1.1 or the Killfeed I did for King of the Hill to name a few.
