Well removing FX would be the first major step to solving this...
Just comment out any unnecessary weapoons in dlc3.csv in zone source.

Yes. Like I just said remove any weapons you're not using in your mod by commenting them out. Weapons use like about 4 FX each and there's about 58 weapons or so I think in the stock weaponry can't remember. Times that by 4 and you get 232 fx might be wrong on that one. Not to mention the rest of the fx in your map name csv and other files. And if you're putting weapons in your map from other CODS that's even more FX.
