Check what the name of the joints are which are bound to your attachments, then use the hideTags setting in the weapon files themselves by specifying joint names, separated by spaces. For example,

\hideTags\tag_scope\

would hide the scope on a PTRS-41.

so how the hell am i supposed to hide the last tag D: i cant edit models in maya because they look like this when i convert them (Image removed from quote.) :(
Yeah that happens with COD4 weapons, not sure what causes it, I've fixed some with UGX weapons like the M14 for v1.1 but can't seem to pinpoint what the cause is. It has to do with the mesh itself as without textures applied the mesh still has the tint.

Definetly CFG Factory. Saje got me the Mw2 ACR model and it looked fine when i edited it in maya and converted it.
