Downloading Mods Help! in Modding

when i download the "All modtools in one pack" Mega file, are the mods already installed? If not how do i install them in order.

Also, Where would the WaW root directory be? (Im learning, so chill... Baby steps...)

And finally, the same page says under the "Converting Assets" section, it says open launcher.exe. Where would that be located? Help is very appreciated!

The 'All Modtools in one Pack' download already contains all modtools. Just Download them, unzip it and copy the contents to your CoD: W@W installation folder. This is also your root directory.

Your root directory is just the place where you installed your game!

Launcher.exe can be found in root/bin. Make sure to run all programs as Administrator!

When I downloaded all the "modtools" in one pack, i didnt see the modtools. all i saw were these folders... "aitype" "bin" "deffiles" "detail_maps" "devraw" "docs" "map_source" "model_export" "mods" "raw" "sound assets" "source data" "xanim exprt" "zone source" and an "end user liscence", a "mp_tool.exe" readme text document and "sp_tool.exe". So idk what to download and what to unzip

You drag all of those files inside the combined into your root folder (C:/Program Files x64/Steam/steamapps/common/Call of Duty: World at War) and replace anything it asks. You should be good after that.
