Every time I look at a shadow, or even at anything I will see a faded outline of a corner or something that I looked at before.

I had the same problem. You just need to disable Ambient Occlusion in the settings and that should fix it

That's not a fix lol, u have to use probes to fix that.
I mean making everyone who plays the map disable AO wouldn't be a fix
