My maps a two story house and when im on the 2nd floor the zombies on the first floor right below me stop and keep trying to hit me. Any Help?

Do you have any doors or debris between your second and 1st floor? Did you check dynamic path in the script brush or model?
Did you check your paths in game using console? delveloper 1 and ai_shownodes 1?
What errors should I be looking for in the show ai_nodes ?
