*NOTE*: If the UGX_Mod actually disables the use of WaW weapons, just reply that now and save yourself some reading. If they should still be working even with the mod, read on.
Alright, so I've done a bit of searching but haven't found what's causing this issue. I'm not a beginner with these types of things (coding, mapping, texturing, etc.), but I am fairly new to the Zombie Modding scene.
I was following Treminaor's Radient Video tutorials, but for some reason when I launch my map, the World at War off-the-wall weapons don't function properly. Honestly I may have accidentally skipped a step somewhere and can't find what it was, but that's why I'm posting here.
DETAILED SUMMARY OF MY ISSUE:
Basically, when I load up my map in CoDWaW and go to the weapons on the wall, there is no HintText. When I press USE (in my case, 'E'), it removes 0 points from me on the HUD and the gun model fades in through the wall like it should, but I don't receive a weapon. If I already have 2 weapons, then 'buying' a WaW weapon will replace my current gun with empty hands, returning me to a single weapon.
Everything else seems to work (i.e. Gun Model on the wall, chalk, purchase sound) and UGX Wall Weapons work completely. I've tried both "weapon_<WEAPON NAME>.map" and "weapon_upgraded_<WEAPON NAME>.map", but neither function.
Please tell me if I'm just missing something obvious. I would actually love it if I was.
