Sniperbolt prefabs not working?

For some reason, I have downloaded the prefabs, but they appear red boxes in Radiant, when compiling it says error and in-game they show up as OWN3D texts. Why does this happen? Re-download?

when they appear as red boxes it means that they either can't be found or not read properly.
a re-download might help.

OR you opened them as misc/model instead of misc/prefab.
