U need the aidan's script for export that model via .xmodel_export

Note: you need paste "scripts" folder into C:\Users\YOUR-USER\Documents\maya
Note #2: once is exported u need create a .gdt in assetmanager and add the assets "xmodel" & "materials" , once is converted the model you can see it in Asset viewer :v
Note #3: why minions, they are old fashioned xdd (and sometimes give cancer xdd) | my opinion :p |
Note #4: all the blinns needs be textures :v, and as they are called in Maya needs be called same when you create a material in asset manager
