How do I add pick-up-able weapons?

I want some weapons laid about throughout my map but I can't figure out how to do it. Any help?

in radiant right click an go to weapon>zombie>choose your weapon

That probably works with WWII weapons but how would I do it with UGX weapons?

Copy all the weapon files from the mod into your raw/weapons/sp folder. Then you can use the method fatboy posted.
