Custom Texture in WaW Error

I have this error. How can i fix it?

Make the image size a power of 2 like it says, so for example, 128 x 128, 256 x 256, etc.

Now that's a lie, the texture has to be in powers of 2, set your texture to i.e. 512x512 or 256x256 and SAVE it. Try again.
