Open TAB MANAGER,

All Processors,

Remove anything not needed to run.

In this case, EVERYTHING not needed but LAUNCHER. Don't remove any explorors just like SKYPE, HAMACHI, STEAM, Ect.

if it doesn't work, try restarting your PC and repeating process. I had this before. I also had the HUNK one and something else.

QUICK EDIT:

Increase the systems memory and it'll work 100% and clear up your RAM a bit.

its not a ram problem from what i can tell i know it looks similar but i checked tried that before asking

I don't think it's anything else but memory issues. Maybe not RAM but just MEMORY in general.
Something's got to be using up EXTREME GB's.

just reinstalled waw, it works now, it wasnt a memory problem, probably something to do with windows 10, i think it messed up ram assignment, but i cant be sure
