You can obtain them from the black ops mod tools. Without you owning the game and having the EULA with the content it would be illegal to give to you. Buy the game on steam and download the mod tools from the tools list.

Buy Black ops and get them yourself  . Why ask for something you can get from buying the game?

It's literally the same gun as in WaW. The only difference is that the one from BO has an additional type of texture which makes it shiny.
