When I cut my brushes and texture them the same texture it looks perfect in radiant, but in game I can still see the cracks or edges between them. Sometimes I can hide them some how but usually it looks horrible. I have been setting the textures to lmap. Is there a way to get rid of these lines? Is it a lighting issue, or maybe I should not be using lmap? I tried putting a spot light on it and it seems to help but makes it too bright and still doesn't fix it.

An example is the breakable windows I posted: http://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?topic=4602.0

You can see the lines in this video. I tried adding more light to blur them out but it doesn't look good or completely work.
Breaking windows

What I don't understand is that you don't see the lines in the detail brushes where it blends into the structural brushes around the window, just in the script brushes in the center.
