Bad Syntax Error

I'm gonna have to bother you guys again,
After I installed Harry's BO1 and 2 Perks and put some of them in my map I started getting a bad syntax error whenever I try to run the map.
Here are screenshots I took of the console:
Any help or ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Wanted to add that my map is called 'missing' so that doesn't cause to much confusion.

then open console find where *** script runtime error *** is shown along with the Com_ErrorMessage that's show on your screen (like in the image it says bad syntax w/ line number with script function).

Thank you both for the help
I managed to get rid of the Bad Syntax Error but now I'm stuck with the 400 'fx' limit.
I tried commenting out a lot of FX in mapname.csv, dlc3.csv and zombiemode.csv but still can't get rid of the error
