They'll go to the nearest window by default. The simplest solution should be to add a clip_ai to prevent the zombies from reaching the window.
If they should be able to go there later you could always add the clip_ai to the debris/door. (of course you'll have to have a dynamic path there like on every other door inside the playable area.)

Thanks a lot that worked for one area! Is it possible to connect the clip_ai to two different doors?
also im creating a circular type map like kino and I can only get it to go one way. When i start buying doors from the opposite side it gets messed up and starts spawning zombies in zones that are still locked. they will just stand outside the window until I buy a door to that zone
He means you place the clip "between" these two areas, then those zombies will be "unable" to get to the wrong window as the path to it is blocked
