They'll go to the nearest window by default. The simplest solution should be to add a clip_ai to prevent the zombies from reaching the window.
If they should be able to go there later you could always add the clip_ai to the debris/door. (of course you'll have to have a dynamic path there like on every other door inside the playable area.)
