World at war crashes (unhandled exception) When using UGX mod tools patch.

So I have used the tutorial of how to install the modtools in the past with this tutorial: http://ugx-mods.com/wiki/index.php?title=Modtools_Installation_Guide
My world at war directory got corrupted so I re installed world at war and installed the mod tools like I normally would . Then I installed the mod tools patch and after rebuilding my map I loaded it and then the game crashes and said  unhandled exception in the console. That was so weird I made a brand new map and then tried to load it with the same error. so far I have tried with GCZ script placer and ugx script placer with the same error. I tried with the sniperbolts patch by overwriting the ugx patch and the map loaded perfectly. Why is this happening. I competely removed the cod waw folder and re installed the game with steam just to be sure it was not corrupted. I used this in the past with no problems

Before launching your map type:

developer 2
developer_script 1
logfile 2

into the console. It'll spit out a console.log in your mod folder(re-select your mod and it'll show up in launcher). Paste its contents here.

FYI - If you don't plan on using the UGX mod then there isn't any point in installing the UGX mod tools patch. Sniperbolts works perfectly fine(albeit -  with a few script errors that should be sorted out for developer mode).
