theres already a tutorial for trems bank which functions basically the same way, but if you mean, if it will come pre installed into the mod then i doubt it, but to be honest, it doesnt take long to set it up for your map.

You could get everything you wanted on round 1. Way, way too easy.Trem bank doesn't work the same way.
