Each time I attempt to change graphic settings that require me to confirm, (Resolution, Anti-Aliasing, Screen Size etc.) it freezes my whole pc, this only seemed to come up after putting in T4M, so it may not be its fault, but it seems that way. If anyone knows a fix for this it would be GREATLY appreciated.

Remove it change settings put it back after

Not sure what it's caused by other than it fails to close the window after the asset flush is finished.

Well I sorta fixed it, I just used console to change the settings.
