I check every where there are no zombies stuck anywhere. After i kill all of the zombies the round is still on 1

Do you have a zombie counter to confirm the lack of zombies?

You have another AI spawn thats not controlled by the zombiemode scripts.
Check all your spawners and find one that doesn't have zombie spawner kvp's.
