Ok, so I have two problems:
Whenever I right click the 2d map view, it freaks out like my DPI is on 1000.
Also, before whenever i right clicked the 3d view and moved my mouse, it would move my camera, I think I might have hit an hotkey I do not know about but now it scrolls oddly and I just cant comprehend its movement.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you press P you can copy my settings i have been mapping for years, the 3D cam is a button on top of radiant as you can see

i suggest my settings but FOV is low because it dont distort the angles on my massive monitor so pick anything that suits your needs hope this helps if not try reducing mouse sensitivity mine is like 3 in windows and 400 dpi 

This did not fix either of my problems ;(
also, i can no longer move my camera with my mouse. if I right click and drag on the 3d viewer, it'll rotate my view as if I am holding shit prior to this problem, also shift now does nothing for movement.

I did not see the part of the image with the different camera mode, that fixed my problem, thanks!
