Sup , so I installed a pack that contains black ops zombies character , images ,xmodel , xmodelalias and mod.csv honestly i found this in my stuff for no reason so i said why not ..
after putting everything in place .. i had so many errors and when i started my mod the zombies turned into the defalut_character (The chick ) . anyway deleted everything (character , images , xmodel , xmodelalias) and get the
first off... what model are you using. cuz if its a bo2 model, you need to spawn the head on in the character file. if this is the case, that is why you are missing tag_eye, which is used to spawn the eye glowing fx

no i fixed it lol and the models are from bo1 (five zombies)
He overwrote the files in his raw, instead of adding them to his mod
I sent him another copy of the raw files, i assume that fixed the issue
just as a heads up, you should never tamper with raw/
but "especially" more so if your using FF files, like the models you downloaded, as they will not work at all if you create a new map, and dont add that fast file, as the models would be missing
