yep this is the latest version only just re downloaded it because really want to play kino and thats what happened when i started it its ok to it hits reading thats when this error pops up

Currently works for me - try running in administrator, install Visual C++ Redist, install .NET Framework 4.0,  check the troubleshooting: http://ugx-mods.com/forum/index.php?topic=526.0
