you need to edit the main menus files

raw/ui/main.menu

it takes a little knowhow tho, Liams just put a tutorial up youll find in the help - scripts - tutorials child board i believe

lel it still needs an update to make it noob friendly

Also MakeCents made a tutorial to change main menu, co-op lobby, objectives and pause screens. It's really easy and well explained if you just want to make that:

that only teaches u the background image and sounds. It doesnt teach u how to really edit the options and such
