Hello guys,
First off my english is bad because im from germany so dont be that hard to me
It would be very nice if u help me.
So my problem is after I start Launcher.exe from the root dictionary (As Administrator) it gives me this error: Launcher.exe has stopped working.
I tried compatibility check and did: Start as Windows 7 or Windows XP Service 3.
I tried to do change something in Region. I reinstalled all Mod Tools and all Patches.
Then i tried to close all other Applications i have on, my PC is very good so that shouldnt be a problem.
Nothing worked. 
Sorry bc the picture is in german couldnt change to english.
So it would be very nice if someone of u guys could help me, trying to fix this like 5 Hours, Thanks.

do you have all the required visual c++? bc that could be the problem... if not mabey download the english key
board (US) and just try from there? Like what i wanna say it might be provided but (need it to work) might be hard...
