So, now when I start a UGX Mod v1.1 map then when I start the map and are at gamemode selection screen, there is no start game button anymore so I can't start the game and when I go to UGX Options, there is no Save and Close so im stuck there. How do I fix this? Can I like reset my UGX stats or anything.

Having same problem on one of my installs, not sure how to fix. 
On my other rig "may we survive" didn't show the start button.  Same as you went to the ugx options, but I couldn't save the settings.  So I went into "mugx_pax" game which also has the ugx options, from there I was able to change the setting for weapon bob and sway, and save the settings.  Now all my UGX games are working.  Did same on my other rig, but didn't work, not sure why.

Edit: Ok got it working.  Delete config.cfg  from  C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\players\profiles.  It will reset your setting and you can then make changes in your game.
