How am I going over the 400 FX Limit?

I just made a new map to test some things out, and I somehow hit the 400 FX limit?
I used the Asset tool and found that I'm only using 24 out of 400? I tried the "fixes" some people said that worked but that doesn't seem to work either.
Sorry for the nooby question. :\

The reason people don't understand why you hit the fx limit so easily is that fact that you are basically continuing off of where the Der Reise assets and scripts left off (as most people are making a Der Reise mod). Since Der Reise already has many fx in it, as it is a full Treyarch map, there really isn't much room to work with.

As for the Asset tool only showing 24fx, you are only showing one of the asset list files, where there are many. For example, when I hit the limit for fx in Lockdown I had to use the following files to find all the fx:
- common.csv
- mod.csv
- nazi_zombie_lockdown.csv
- nazi_zombie_lockdown_patch.csv
- patch.csv

Once you find some fx that you would like to remove, I would suggest using an ignore file, to ignore all fx that aren't being used:
