yeah thats just a mess, might have even included the old version of my utilities script, "or" you may have accidentally "grabbed" a wrong, or not grabbed, whatever, one of the utility scripts from one of the other downloads. They "should" all be the same, but i might have fucked up. Ill update it

Plus side is to fix it, youll just swap out that script, nothing else - and wont "break" anything else ( its a shared script used in all my stuff, so that is a worry, although im working on phasing it out coz there isnt "much" of use in there

Also your missing a texture for the retriever. Or rather your missing its image. Judging by the name, it is the ring FX on the floor when your "charging" the axe.

and yes the IWI image for it is missing

i usually use new stuff on a sniperbolts test map, and i dont have your perks set up.
