Graphics error or what?

Hey guys,

I have a big problem, I have no idea what's causing it aswell.... I literally uninstalled steam -> installed waw from secondary hdd to c drive (ssd) and I thought that would fix the problem.

But now I get this, watch the video below to see what I mean.

The graphics seem so bad. This happens with the 2 maps I currently have installed.

Das Herrenhaus 1.1.1
Malibu Drive (v1.0)
I didn't want to waste more space installing other maps. Im not sure if its the graphics settings (all maxed) or the map itself(doubt it)

Im trying my best to figure this out alone...
