I cant load the radiant in the launcher i've tried everything I've done it by step by step as it saids but it doesn't work i keep getting this error. Couldn't create a additional swap chain: An invalid parameter was passed to the returning function

Check ugx wiki to be sure you installed the modtools correctly

So have you seen this exact error though.

I haven't seen that exact error but there are 1000s of people who installed the tools before you and about 10 common problems.
Unless your pc has never played a game before or doesn't have direct x there is only so many things it can be.

Where did you get your modtools from?
Did you install them using the instructions on the ugx wiki?
Did you use a script placer?

I have vista pack 1 and 2 and windows 8
oh i also tried to use a script placer but it didn't helped.
