Comment out FX you're not using in your CSV's, if you're using UGX Easy FX then I think this is pretty common with it due to high amount of FX being loaded in if I'm not mistaken.

yeah... no he is right, you have to much fx, comment it out in mapname.csv, zombiemode.csv, and dlc3.csv

iirc in source\english\assetlist\yourmapname.csv, any fx lines you see comment those you're not using.

iirc in source\english\assetlist\yourmapname.csv, any fx lines you see comment those you're not using.
I commented them out of here :
root/zone_source/yourmapname.csv
there are others in there too that are loaded with your mod, at least one of which is "nazi_zombie_factory"
You also need to recompile your entire map, not just build the mod when you make changes to zone_source files
