I know how to use the IWI & DDS converter, I just cant find the file. Someone help?

"tom xmodel utils" and in the settings tab you can move all iwi images to raw/images. export the vending machine. Edit the dds files. convert to iwi. put a copy into your mod/mapname/images folder. Then check the image box in launcher.
