My guess would be the camo or textures you have set to the upgraded version of the gun is missing from your map. Some custom gun makers set their camo to what their camo is, and in this case since you don't have such a camo in your mod, its invisible. Try alter the model file and checking what the camo is. (Default pap camo is mtl_silver_etching)

So I recently downloaded a custom gun and dragged all the contents to raw, then the images and weapons to my mods folder. In game, the non-upgraded weapon works completely fine however, when I upgrade it it comes out completely invisible from the pack a punch and when I take it I can only see the silencer and the reticle. https://gyazo.com/d3bf76caed8331d62b6b2bca094cc11a this has been happening to lots of other custom guns and I know for a fact it can't be because of missing contents of the gun. I'm not sure why this is happening but if anyone can help me that would be great.

Alright so I recently added in a couple custom guns into my map. Before I added the custom guns I removed the default weapons from the weapons folder in mods and cancelled them out in dlc3_code.gsc and dlc3.csv. I tested guns through the console and it works perfectly. However, for some reason they won't show up in the mystery box. I added in the scripts in _zombiemode_weapons.gsc & dlc3_code.gsc but they still aren't showing up in the box for some reason and I can't figure it out.

Never mind I fixed it. I didn't have the actual upgraded weapons in the map. Thats why the custom guns weren't appearing in the mystery box. I just removed the upgraded lines in _zombiemode_weapons and dlc3_code.

I recently reset my computer and now I'm starting to get back into mapping. I was trying to find a download link to sniperbolts tutorial map and prefabs but ALL of the links wouldn't work. If anyone has the link to the tutorial map and prefabs please please reply with the link. That would be very helpful, thanks.

I fixed it. There was a problem with the script and the mod.csv

I followed all the steps in:

However, I couldn't get past step 3. Whenever I tick Build mod.ff Fastfile & Build Sounds and click Build MOD, I get this:


And then it doesn't convert. Anyone help?

I'm currently making my map and I need the railings to fit from one end to the other end/stretching it out without making the height taller because it would make it too big in game. Any help?

I got it fixed. There was a typo in a script I was using to fix the mule kick-pap fix.

I have 2 custom guns in my map. I got the 400 fx error and I downloaded the fx fix and whenever I delete some fx in my zone_source/english/assetlist/my_ignore.csv and when I build the mod and compile the map and start it, it still says I reached the 400 fx... I even checked in the ugx asset counter and the fx keeps resetting back to the original one... can someone please help?

I didnt change the xmodel. I still cant figure out how to get my custom perk bottles working.

Im using bams perks and whenever I load the map everything works perfectly; the pap says Turn on power, when I turn on the power, theres no trigger button that says press f to upgrade weapon.
