what do i need to do to get different sound variants to work?

launcher is putting the file locations in root/raw/sound
but its not putting the sound files there

i have no idea what the fuck is wrong here

I'm not sure i understand what isn't working. I see the .wav's, i see a correctly setup soundalias, and i see an empty folder where the wav's should be.. so cant you just copy the .wav's into the correct folder?

i wish i could pal but then non of the sounds will work i NEED launcher to put them in the correct place so then they will work but only thing launcher is doing is creating the file path but saying "bollocks" to the sound files as if there not even there

no you dont, they work anyway

if they are from black ops 1, pop them through toms sound converter and then directly into raw/sound

if they are from black ops 2, open them in audacity and resave them, then do the same. Just put them in raw/sounds


sound builder is funny. Only time ive ever got it working was by running it from its EXE and not via launcher. And makes no difference to the size, compared to just manually droping the files in raw ive found

ill try running it from the exe instead of using launcher thanks

You don't need to I "just" said that and so did stuffy...

Put the sounds in raw/sounds not in sound_assets at all
