hi guys i just wanted to ask how to make custom perks.
anyone knows?

Making a custom perk involves making scripts for it.

Read through some of Treyarch's scripts provided in the mod tools, it's not too hard to pick up. There's also a scripting tutorial in the UGX Wiki. _zombiemode_perks.gsc contains relevant scripts you can base your custom perk on.

It might also involve making a custom model, if you wanted one. You can use Blender or Maya for this.

if you fallow this tutorial by zk it gives you kind of a base idea on how to add custom perk, but the actual functionality of your perk you will need to script yourself
