error: could not load material: loadscreen_nazi_zombie_crisis

The fuck does this even mean? I never even tried editing the loading screen

It means that you haven't added a loadscreen to your map. You can ignore it.

But it's not letting my start my map

Maybe your running your map with developer 1 on? I can't think of any other reason as to why you would get such a stupid error message.
